These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of our website.Some offers are offered under special conditions mentioned in the description of the services in the catalogue or in the description of the booking. The User is therefore advised to consult the terms and conditions at each visit to the site.

1.General terms and conditions
1.1.? The information, software, products and services that are published, displayed or used on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and booking expo.com and its suppliers will not, therefore, be liable for any inaccuracies displayed on the website relating to, amongst other things, the following:
- hotel photographs;
- hotel property;
- product descriptions; or
- lists of hotel amenities displayed on the website.
1.2. ? Hotel ratings displayed on this website are intended only as general guidelines. booking-expo.com does not, therefore, guarantee the accuracy of the ratings, which may change from time to time. Any reliance you place on such ratings is at your own entire risk
1.3. ? booking-expo.com may make improvements and /or change the website at any time. booking-expo.com and its suppliers make no representation about the suitability of the information, software, products and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering for sale of any products or services on this website does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by booking-expo.com or its suppliers. All such information, software, products and services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. booking-expo.com and / or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products and service, including all implied warranties and conditions of sale, to the full extent permitted by law.
1.4. ? booking-expo.com suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of booking-expo.com. booking-expo.com is not liable for a supplier?s acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any losses, personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses arising out any act or omission of a supplier.
1.5. ? booking-expo.com and its suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event (see clause 11. a) below) or other causes beyond their direct control.
1.6. ? By offering hotels in international destinations for booking, booking-expo.com does not warrant that travel to such destinations is without risk. Accordingly, booking-expo.com will not be liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred by you as a result of you travelling to such destinations.
You are strongly advised to check the relevant travel advisories issued by your government for any country you are visiting and to take the necessary precautions.
Booking-expo.com cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of your failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documentation for your journey. You are advised to check with the relevant embassies, consulates and/or visa departments from which you originate. It is your responsibility to obtain whatever travel documents are required.
1.7. ? The tax charge on booking-expo.com? hotel transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (including but not limited to sales and use, occupancy, room tax and excise tax) that booking-expo.com pays its suppliers in connection with your travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate can vary greatly by location. booking-expo.com actual tax cost paid to the supplier may vary from the tax recovery charge, depending upon the rates, taxability in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by a customer and booking-expo.com is under no obligation to account to you or refund you in this regard.
1.8. ? Currency rates displayed on our website are not verified or guaranteed by booking-expo.com as being accurate and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not updated every day and actual rates may vary.
1.9. ? booking-expo.com charges your credit card, debit card or paypal account (as applicable) in euros and does not assume the cost of any exchange commission charged by your bank. For the avoidance of doubt, booking-expo.com will not refund any such commission to your credit card, debit card or paypal account.
1.10 ? The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, booking-expo.com and booking-expo.com affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel and other travel products and services displayed on this website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.). In addition, booking-expo.com expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website on pending and/or confirmed reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty. It is the responsibility of the hotel chain and/or the individual property to ensure the accuracy of the photos displayed. Booking-expo.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the photos.
1.11 ? We reserve the right not to accept customers or bookings (or in exceptional cases to cancel confirmed ones) at our discretion and for whatever (legal) reason without the need to justify such refusal. Typical reasons for rejecting a customer or booking include, but are not limited to: Hotel request, breach of the Terms of Use, trade or economic sanctions, embargoes, legal restrictions, (suspicions of) fraud or theft, suspected criminal activity, suspicious bookings, submission by customer of misleading or erroneous information, credit card problems, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, refusal to supply information, practical obstacles, communication problems, obvious errors (see below), history, blacklisting by governments or international organizations (USA, EU, UN,?), etc. In case a booking is rejected or cancelled by Booking-expo.com and a payment has already been made, you will receive a refund of the total booking value. We also reserve the right to bar (?blacklist?) users from the Site, on a permanent or temporary basis, at our discretion. Any such blacklisted user must not attempt to use the Site under any other name or through any other user.In rare cases, we may also have to cancel or reject a booking due to ?obvious errors?, independent of the origin of such errors. For clarity, an obvious error is a mistake on the Site (e.g. in terms of price) which a reasonable person would not consider to be normal. The amount charged will be reimbursed without charge in such case. Whether to cancel or reject a booking for this reason is in Booking-expo.com?s sole discretion.
2.Making a booking
2.1.Any booking made by you shall be considered to be an offer by you, which we may, at our choice, accept. No contract between ??Booking Expo?? Ltd. and you shall exist until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed to you.
2.2.Your booking will become confirmed and final only after receipt of your payment and confirmation is sent by us via an email with your hotel voucher. The booking will be considered confirmed at the time and date booking-expo.com send you the confirmation. However, in the event of a request for booking, our Customer Support team will process your request and your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation and voucher by email from our Customer Support team.
2.3.All rooms and prices published on this web-site are subject to availability.
2.4.You undertake to provide us with correct contact information (including, but not limited to, e-mail) and acknowledge that we may use it in order to contact you should this prove to be necessary. In the event that inaccurate or insufficient contact information is provided to us, we might not be able to complete your reservation. Booking-expo.com is not responsible for any error in the data that you provide to us on the website (including, but not limited to, the wrong email address, wrong telephone number, wrong travel dates and wrong destination)
3.Prices and Payments
3.1. ? Accepted methods of credit card payments are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment with some UK debit cards and via PayPal. Your payment card / PayPal account is charged by booking-expo.com for the total amount of the booking upon confirmation. For payments made online via booking-expo.com you should not pay the hotel directly for the hotel room or service mentioned on the booking-expo.com booking voucher. Only bookings with payment at the hotel will allow you to pay for your reservation once you arrive at the establishment. These 2 payment options are clearly displayed during the booking process.
3.2. ? Booking Expo Ltd. manages of all its electronic payment collection (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal), registered at 194 Shipka Street, Dryanovo, 5370, Gabrovo, Bulgaria
3.3. ? If your chosen hotel is not available and we provide you with an alternative option, your payment card / PayPal account will only be charged if you accept the new hotel and the new rate offered. If the given alternative is not accepted by you, no charge will be made on your payment card / PayPal account by booking-expo.com.
3.4. ? We try to publish prices accurately and all inclusively, but please note that prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to transfer to you any increases in sales tax or the like, should tax changes take place.
4.Vouchers/ Booking Conformation
Clients must present their booking confirmation details ?? The Voucher? or ?Reservation Code? to the hotel upon arrival as they are proof of conformation. The hotel voucher has all the information such as the guest name, the number of rooms, the hotel booked and the date of checking in and out. The hotel voucher contains all the necessary contacts of both ??Booking Expo?? and the hotel you will be staying at.
It is explicitly your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct. Accommodation will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. Should the details on the confirmation be not correct, you should contact us prior to travel at info@booking-expo.com
It is explicitly your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you input into the enquiry screen before you complete the booking. Should you enter erroneous details, we will do our best to correct your mistake in the booking details, but provide no guarantee that this will be possible. The cost of the requested service may vary depending on the amendment of the details. You will have to pay the difference in case the amendment increases the cost of the requested service. A new confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. In case the new details do not suit you, you may cancel your booking in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
5.Cancelations and Amendments
Unless otherwise specified in your contract/offer/invoice, cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions per booking:
5.1. ? When you are completing the online hotel reservation form, the applicable cancellation policy is displayed. The cancellation policy varies from hotel to hotel and is directly connected with your arrival date, so you must read each one carefully. Some reservations are non-refundable in all circumstances and cannot be cancelled after booking. Please read the specific cancellation policy provided for each hotel on the website and in any emails regarding your reservation. Cancelation policies are communicated with each consumer/customer before the confirmation of a hotel reservation is given.
5.2. ? Any group booking cancellations must be requested in writing through ?Booking Expo?? Ltd only. Where cancellation applies to multiple room bookings, the cancellation fees apply for each room booked, whether in one or more hotels.
5.3. ? If you fail to arrive at the hotel that you have booked through booking-expo.com, the amount that you have paid booking-expo.com shall not be refundable.
5.4. ? Any refunds that are processed to the client via a wire transfer or a credit card will incur an administrative fee of around 25 EUR.
5.5. ? You can make amendments to your reservation if it does not have a "Non-refundable" cancellation policy as stated by the Hotels terms and conditions and/or the booking-expo.com website. Any modification to a "Refundable" booking will incur in the administrative fee stated at the moment of the booking. Please note that in some cases, you may be charged for the cancellation fee in accordance with the hotels' cancellation policy if the amendment is made after a certain date or falls under an exception.
5.6. ? For modification of booking please send an email to reservations@booking-expo.com with your reservation number and in detail the amendments that you would like to make to your reservation. Our customer services team will respond to you within the next 24h from the receipt of your request. Reservations not amended through booking-expo.com will become subject to a 100% charge to be applied.
5.7. ? In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable before the check in date, booking-expo.com will offer a full refund. Where we have prior notice we will contact you by e-mail. However, upon check-in, if the original hotel booked is closed, over booked or has maintenance problems and cannot provide the room(s) booked., you accept that the hotelier is responsible for finding you alternate accommodation of a similar standard and/or for providing you with a refund and there shall be no liability on booking-expo.com to provide you with a refund or alternative accommodation.
6.Busy Periods:
6.1. ? These are periods when fairs, exhibitions, conferences, etc. are taking place at the location where you have chosen accommodation, or when there is a high demand for accommodation.
6.2. ? Cancellations at any time of a stay falling within a busy period are non-refundable.
6.3. ? Any amendments to confirmed bookings falling within a busy period will be treated as cancellations and will not be refundable. The only exceptions to this will be where additional rooms/nights are added to existing confirmed rooms or nights.
6.4. ? Any requests for changes or cancellations are to be submitted to Booking Expo directly and not to the hotel or local supplier. Booking Expo Ltd. is not liable for any issues arising as a result of the customer contacting the hotel or local supplier directly to request changes to an already confirmed booking.
7.Name list/ Rooming list during Busy Periods:
The final names list/rooming list must be provided to Booking Expo no later than 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date for reservations finalized more than 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date or at the time of booking for reservations finalized less than 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date. Should the customer request any name changes to a confirmed guest list/rooming list less than 2 weeks before the arrival, Booking Expo cannot commit to confirming the changes and cannot be held responsible for any issues arising thereafter. Any changes to the names list/rooming list must be arranged through Booking Expo. Should the customer decide to contact the hotel directly regarding any names changes to a finalized booking, Booking Expo cannot commit to guaranteeing any refunds or assistance to the customer for any issues or problems arising thereafter. Booking Expo will do its best to assist the customer for any last minute name changes. No guarantee, however, can be given if any change is requested less than 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date.
8.Refunds
Where a refund is properly due to you, booking-expo.com will refund your credit card, debit card or paypal account within 5 working days from the receipt of your cancellation or amendment email.
9.Late Arrival:
9.1. ? Bookings in hotels during busy periods are kept and guaranteed until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After 6 pm, the hotel can release the room as a no-show if late arrival has not been specified beforehand. Booking Expo shall not take responsibility for unreported late arrivals and any issues arising thereof.
9.2. ? Unless otherwise specified, any reservation will be considered with the standard check-in and the hotel?s check-in policy will apply. Please inform your reservation agent of any changes in the arrival time.
10.Early Arrival:
10.1. ?Please note that early arrivals can be requested but the decision to be granted or not is at the hotel?s only discretion. Therefore early arrivals cannot be guaranteed by Booking Expo.
10.2. ? Early arrivals can only be guaranteed when one additional night has been prepaid.
10.3. ? Should changes in the early arrival occur, no refunds will be due irregardless of whether you have availed of the early arrival or not.
11.Uncovered services/nights
Should the customer consume additional services at the hotel or add extra nights to the booking, Booking Expo reserves the right to charge/invoice the customer should they have failed to cover the additional expenses at the hotel.
12.Star ratings and quality of accommodation
The application of star ratings may vary in quality from country to country and should not be relied upon alone to indicate the quality of the accommodation. The types of rooms, provided by a hotel (such as single, double), may also vary from country to country. It is the customer?s responsibility to independently check that the type of the accommodation and services provided by each hotel meet their needs.
An example of each room type is outlined below, but should be used for guidance purposes only.
Twin room
Accommodation for two adults in a room with two beds.
Double room
Accommodation for two adults in a room with one bed. Alternatively two beds made up as one.
Single room
Accommodation for one adult in a room with one single bed.
Triple room
Accommodation for three adults in a room with two or three beds. Bed sizes and arrangements may vary. A Triple room does not guarantee three separate beds. One bed may be a roll-away bed.
Double/twin room for sole use
Accommodation for one adult in a room with one or two beds. This room type is suitable for accommodating one person only.
Quad room
Accommodation for four adults in a room with two, three or four beds. Arrangement of beds may vary considerably.
Twin/Double + child
Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for a child aged between 2 - 12 years.
Cot/cradle or crib
Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years.
13.? Acceptable Use
13.1.? In using this website you agree and warrant that you
- are at least 18 years of age;
- will be financially responsible for your use of this website, along with use of your account by others including, without limitation, anyone under the age of 18 living with you;
- will be bound by these terms and conditions;
- will use this website strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes only and you acknowledge that use of the website for any other purpose is prohibited;
- will not gather, extract, reproduce and/or display on any other website or other online service, any material on or from the website, specifically including information relating to hotel pricing and availability, whether or not by the use of spiders or other "screen scraping" software or system used to extract data;
- will not use the website to provide booking-expo.com? hotel bookings or details of hotel pricing and availability or other information to any other persons or organisations, other than for your personal and non-commercial use; and
- will not use this website for any purpose that is either unlawful or not allowed under these terms and conditions.
13.2. ? All content on the website is subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by booking-expo.com or its suppliers and may not be used by you, except as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions.
13.3. ? booking-expo.com will determine whether there has been a breach of these terms and conditions through your use of the website. If a breach of this Policy has occurred, booking-expo.com may take such action as it deems appropriate including denying you access to the website, bringing legal proceedings against you and disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities as booking-expo.com feels appropriate.
13.4. ? If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
14.Complaints
Any complaint regarding the hotel must be notified to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation. If you fail to get satisfaction from the hotel, please contact us at info@booking-expo.com attaching your complaint in writing and the hotel representative?s response. However, we do not guarantee, nor do we take responsibility for the standard of accommodation.
